Refund Policy
Our goal is to ensure that every product from our store reaches our customers in perfect condition. However, we acknowledge that unexpected situations can occur, resulting in the need for refunds. WE ACCEPT CUSTOMER REFUNDS FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
Lost Orders:
If an order is lost in transit, we will dispatch a replacement to you at our expense. You will be provided a tracking number and this is what we use to determine if an order has been lost in transit or delivered.
Refund issues:
Below is a few reasons you will get a full refund :
- Duplicate order, we will cancel and refund one for you.
- You received a damaged/faulty item (see conditions in RETURN POLICY), and we will priorly solve for replacement orders. But if you still want to refund, we will process the store credit or refund once we receive the returned item(s) from you.

To request a refund, please follow these guidelines:

Please note that any fees related to refund transfers or currency conversion are not our responsibility.
Refund Method:
Your refund will be issued to the same credit card or original method of payment that you used to order. As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back in the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get the refund on its way back to you.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Checking Refund Status:
You can check the status of your refund by reviewing the details of your order on our store. Please keep in mind that the refund process may not be immediately displayed, so we recommend checking again after a few days.
Refunding to Invalid or Expired Credit Cards:

Received Amount Lower than Initial Refund Amount:

If the exchange rate has changed since the time of payment, the refunded amount in your currency may vary slightly.
